<p><strong>Chris Ondo’s Crunchy Chicken Chunks</strong></p>
<p>2 lbs boneless chicken breasts cut into nugget sized chunks<br />
3 cups crushed potato chips, any favorite flavor<br />
1 egg<br />
2 tablespoons milk<br />
1/3 cup melted butter</p>
<p>Put crushed potato chips into flat dish<br />
In medium bowl beat egg and milk</p>
<p>Dip chicken chunks in milk mixture then in crushed potato chips</p>
<p>Place chicken on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter<br />
Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown</p>
<p><strong><br />
Honey mustard sauce</strong></p>
<p>3/4 cup light mayonnaise<br />
3 tablespoons honey<br />
2 tablespoons mustard<br />
1 tablespoon lemon juice<br />
1/4 teaspoon horseradish<br />
1 tablespoon orange juice, as needed to thin sauce<br />
Mix ingredients good to make honey mustard dipping sauce</p>
