This is what I do to stay strong and in shape.

HIT (High Intensity Training) routine.

High Intensity Training (HIT) is a form of strength training popularized in the 1970s by Arthur Jones, the founder of Nautilus. The training focuses on performing quality weightlifting repetitions to the point of momentary muscular failure.

ONE DAY PER WEEK (HIT) x 1 HARD set
Seated Leg Press
Leg Extension
Seated Leg Curl
Chest Press “bench press”
Seated Row
Fixed Pull Down “pull ups”
Shoulder Press
Biceps Curl
Triceps Curl
Abdominal Crunch
Butterfly
Torso

ONE DAY PER WEEK (FREE WEIGHTS) x 2 HARD sets
Bench Press
Calves
Shoulder Shrugs
Hammer Curls
Curls

When I am done working out my muscles are trembling, shaking and are extremely sore.
I workout to complete muscle failure.

This is how I was taught by world renowned personal trainers Drew Baye and Marc Mero whom trained me.
